Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how ME&MYBRO handles information in the current version of its service. It is not legal advice. For questions, visit Support.

Information we collect

We may collect account information such as email address, optional first and last name, account and authentication identifiers, and email-verification or account-recovery information. We do not describe passwords as being stored in plaintext.

For physical orders and fulfillment, we may collect recipient name, phone number, shipping address, and delivery notes you enter. We also process commerce and account activity including carts, wishlists, saved articles, orders, refunds, coupons and redemptions, membership, points, and physical reward redemptions.

Product Review ratings and comments are user content. We store in-app notification information and read state. Where applicable, we retain fulfillment records and delivery-proof metadata and images used in Admin workflows, plus basic request and service metadata needed to operate and secure the service.

How we use information

We use information to create and manage accounts, verify accounts and recover access, process and fulfill physical orders, maintain saved customer content, administer points, membership and rewards, provide customer service, moderate reviews, protect service integrity, and meet applicable business or legal recordkeeping needs.

Sharing and service providers

Information may be processed by service providers needed to operate the service, including application hosting, database infrastructure, private object or file storage, and transactional email delivery. We may also share information when needed for fulfillment or support, when required by law, or to protect users, our rights, and service security. We do not sell personal data to advertisers.

Current product behavior

The current version does not use advertising tracking, cross-app tracking, GPS location collection, or contacts or microphone collection. The current payment method is Cash on Delivery; we do not currently provide online card or bank payment processing or store card or bank credentials. If external payments are added, this policy must be reviewed before release.

Account deletion and retained records

Customers can initiate account deletion inside the app. Deletion removes or deactivates account access and deletes disposable account data, including relevant saved customer state and Product Reviews. Historical transaction and business records may remain in pseudonymized form or as transaction snapshots when needed for legitimate business or legal obligations.

Information associated with orders, refunds, coupon history, point history, reward redemptions, and fulfillment or delivery proof may be retained as appropriate for legal, accounting, fraud-prevention, dispute, refund, or fulfillment obligations. We do not promise that all data is immediately erased or state a fixed retention period.

Your choices

Where supported in the app, you can update account or profile information, manage Saved Addresses, and delete your account. You can contact Support with privacy questions.

Product Reviews

Product Reviews may be publicly displayed after moderation. Reviews associated with a deleted account are removed.

Security and changes

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect information, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure. We may update this Privacy Policy; the published page will show its effective or updated date.
